Genome Diagnostics, Inc. develops products and solutions for the medical diagnostics and personalized medicine markets. Our mission is to arm physicians and their patients with their individual genomic information to personalize cancer care, increase treatment effectiveness and improve quality of life for cancer survivors.

The Company founded by investigators at the University of Southern California, has been organized to commercialize whole-genome technologies for nucleic-acid based diagnostic tests better than has previously been possible. Company’s proprietary technology greatly expands the biomarker discovery space, enabling low-cost genome-wide detection of millions of putative biomarkers from archived medical samples.

In partnership with leading clinical trial and research groups we are currently focused on harnessing the wealth of information encoded in the human genome to better address acute medical needs in oncology. We commit financial resources, proprietary analytic expertise and whole-genome profiling technologies. Specifically, we are looking for peers interested in turning static formalin-fixed paraffin embedded tumor samples into dynamic molecular archives. Molecular profiling in the retrospective clinical trial setting can be used to efficiently develop new diagnostic, prognostic and predictive models of disease that can be used to address key clinical challenges. The fruits of these efforts will quickly bring the practice of pathology and medical oncology into the genomics age.
